" As an artist, the goal of my work is to create handmade pieces that shows creativity and my passion behind them. My designs and design process are influenced by the landscape of New Harbour, events that took place and my family. Through each piece that I create, I want them to tell a story and to have an emotion you can connect with.
Since COVID_19 happened it made hard to go out home as much, over the last year, so being able to create pieces that reminds me of home has made me stronger and more connected to myself as an artist. My family has a huge influence on my designs, from sewing, quilting to rug hooking. ."
